Louise has 10 years of block management experience dealing with the complex nature of block management, maintenance and leaseholder issues. Her expertise involves communicating with leaseholders, tenants, directors and contractors.

Susan Hunt, Director, Consultant
Susan Hunt has been associated with the business since 1996 having already worked for 20 years in property management with some of the largest Estate Agents, Letting Agents and Property Managers in a variety of roles. I have always been passionate about fairness particularly in Leasehold Management and have taken an active interest in promoting knowledge and understanding of the complicated relationship between Landlord and Tenants. My involvement in all aspects of property management is available to Clients of Oaks + Land and I am always happy to share my knowledge and experience.
Alan Hunt (MRICS), Director, Chartered Surveyor
An agency background of over 40 years enables Alan to provide a complete picture of the market and as a qualified surveyor, a professional perspective on all property matters.
From negotiating acquisitions and sales to valuation expertise and survey guidance, these are just a few facets of his experience.

Alex Hunt BEng (Hons) CEng MIStructE, Consultant, Chartered Structural Engineer
Alex is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 17 years experience and has been involved in large and varied schemes in the residential sector and currently has in the order of 100 live projects across the UK. He acts as a consultant to Oaks + Land and also runs a successful London based business.
Providing quick and regular advice to the business fits well with the varied and broad knowledge required to run a successful block management service.
