Ground Rent and Fire Safety Bill June 2021
We attended a Zoom meeting with LKP and other accredited Managing Agents discussing the significant development in parliament that ground rents in new residential long leases will have no longer have a financial demand.
The Fire Safety Bill has now passed into Law aiming to tackle the recommendations within the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.
We will be keen to see the developments of both these bills.

Insurance Commissions July 2019

Written in the Times on Saturday the 13th July was an article ‘Fury over freeholder and agents ‘secret’ insurance commissions’ which disclosed that many managing agents receive hefty commission for placing client’s insurance policies.  

We believe in complete disclosure.  We never take commission.  

Leasehold Knowledge Partnership Agents Meeting May 2019

We attended a meeting with other accredited LKP Managing Agents in London to share information and discuss leasehold Management.  There was a presentation on the tribulations of being a court appointed manager which highlighted how difficult a task leasehold management can be under these circumstances.  A really useful event.

Saturday 16th February 2019
We attended the Law Commission's event in response to their recent consultation paper.  
The Government wishes to have views on Commonhold and Right To Manage.
We will be contributing our views on the lengthy online consultation questionnaire.
